Frequently Asked Questions

How fresh is the coffee?

All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are delivered in two weeks or less depending on the destination. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

What is the return policy?

Since coffee is a perishable product it unfortunately cannot be returned. If you have any concerns upon receiving your order please contact us!
